What makes immigration clients different?

  • They have a deadline. A visa expiring, an appeal window closing, a job offer waiting.
  • They are often comparing firms internationally, or on behalf of family abroad.
  • Many read English as a second language.
  • They are wary. Immigration has its share of unregulated advisers, so proof that you are a regulated firm matters a lot.

How do you keep an immigration website up to date?

Immigration rules and Home Office fees change often. The simplest way to stay accurate is to date every page that mentions a rule or fee, keep a short list of those pages, and check them whenever the rules change. On our care plan, price updates count as minor changes, so keeping the SRA price pages current does not have to cost extra.

What does it cost?

From £7,500

Frequently asked questions

Which immigration services need published prices?

Under the SRA Transparency Rules, preparing and submitting immigration applications, and advice and representation at the First-tier Tribunal on visa and immigration appeals, are both listed. Asylum applications and asylum appeals are excluded.

Should our website be in more than one language?

If a large share of your clients read another language, key pages in that language can help. They must be accurate translations, checked by someone fluent, and the English version stays the main one.

How do we handle constant changes to immigration rules and Home Office fees?

Date every page that mentions rules or fees, and review those pages whenever the rules change. We set up a simple list of pages to check so nothing goes stale.

Do OISC-regulated advisers need the same website?

OISC advisers are regulated differently from solicitors and are not covered by the SRA Transparency Rules. We can build for them too, but the regulatory pages are different.

Should we offer WhatsApp enquiries?

For many immigration firms, yes. Clients often prefer it, especially when contacting family abroad. It needs to be covered in your privacy notice.
