Why is law firm SEO different?
Three things make legal SEO harder than most sectors:
- Google holds legal pages to a higher standard. Legal topics are what Google calls "Your Money or Your Life". It wants to see real authors with real expertise, clear firm details and accurate content.
- The big terms are owned by national brands. "Personal injury solicitor" is dominated by claims firms and directories with huge budgets. A high street firm rarely wins there.
- Every practice area is a separate market. The person searching for a conveyancing quote and the person searching for a criminal defence solicitor at midnight behave completely differently.
So we do not chase the biggest terms. We find the specific, low-competition searches your clients actually make, such as "fixed fee probate solicitor Chelmsford" or "employment solicitor for employees Croydon", and build pages that answer them better than anyone else.
